STUDY CLASSES

Welcome to the Sugata Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Coventry, a branch of the Nagarjuna Kadampa Buddhist Centre.

Foundation Programme is an opportunity to deepen your understanding and experience of Buddhism. It provides a systematic study programme of various texts to enable you to deepen your knowledge and experience of Buddhism.

People studying Dharma

By developing our understanding and experience of Buddha's teachings and putting them into practice, you can solve your daily problems and maintain peace of mind. In this way we can fulfil our wish for happiness and strengthen our wisdom and good heart - so we are able to fulfil wishes of others. For an extensive explanation of how studying Dharma benefits us please read this article.

We are currently studying Joyful Path of Good Fortune and you are welcome to join us at any point in the study programme.

Please contact us if you are interested, or speak to the teacher Gill Hall at one of the drop in meditation classes.

The classes take place during term time - 7.15 pm to 9.15pm Monday and Wednesday nights
