Welcome to the Sugata Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Coventry, a branch of the Nagarjuna Kadampa Buddhist Centre.

Drop-in Meditation Classes are held during term time at the Elmbank Training Centre. Classes are usually held in the Almond Room to the right of the entrance up a slope, but if we are not there please check at reception.

We know the traffic can cause delays to your journey at this time of night, so if you arrive late for whatever reason feel free to enter the room quietly and take a seat, or if you prefer, wait outside until the first meditation finishes at 7:45pm and feel free to enter then (you can see through glass panels in the door).

(early arrival advisable as car park can get busy)
