Welcome to the Sugata Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Coventry, a branch of the Nagarjuna Kadampa Buddhist Centre.
Why not try a drop-in meditation - fully explained and guided by an experienced Buddhist Teacher who will show you how to use meditation to de-stress and relax - techniques to quieten and refresh the mind. Creating some calmness in our busy lives.

An opportunity to learn how to relax and generate positive minds to benefit yourself and the people around you, simply using the ancient wisdom of Buddhist teachings. You don't have to become a Buddhist to attend, this class is open to all.
Seating is on chairs. The evening starts with a gentle guided relaxation meditation. A short talk follows to learn how to change negative states to develop positive thinking. There follows another guided mediation on the chosen topic. Time is left for any questions, which the teacher will be happy to answer.
Whether you've never meditated before or been meditating for years, just turn up for 5.30 p.m on the following Wednesday evenings. You will be very welcome.
